We offer 3 types of practical courses based on the RYA.

Day Skipper course

for rookies who are new to sailing in tidal waters

This course covers the basics of skippering a cruising yacht up to 15 m in length.

You will then be able to safely skipper a yacht in familiar waters, in good conditions, and during the day.

We run all our courses in tidal waters. Tidal skills are therefore also covered in this course.

Qualification: RYA Day Skipper

(tidal training)

This course takes you to the next level as a skipper of boats up to 15 m long.

Coastal Skipper qualifies you to skipper on longer crossings, including at night and in difficult weather conditions.

RYA Coastal Skipper

for advanced sailors with experience in tidal waters

These courses prepare you optimally for a demanding trip in tidal waters and/or a Yachtmaster exam.

Yachtmaster qualifies you to skipper boats up to 24 m long in all conditions, including in unfamiliar waters.
